The Juniper Networks SRX240H2 Services Gateway is a high-performance network security appliance that combines advanced firewall protection, secure VPN connectivity, routing, switching, and threat management into a single, compact platform. Designed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), branch offices, retail locations, and distributed enterprise networks, the SRX240H2 delivers reliable security and high-speed networking while simplifying deployment and management.

The SRX240H2 features 16 auto-sensing 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) ports, providing ample connectivity for workstations, servers, IP phones, wireless access points, and other network devices. It also includes 4 Mini-PIM (Physical Interface Module) slots, allowing flexible WAN and LAN expansion with optional interface modules such as ADSL, T1/E1, Serial, and Ethernet connections.
