Product Description

The TP-Link EAP225-Wall is an AC1200 Dual-Band Wall Plate Access Point designed to provide reliable Wi-Fi coverage and wired network connectivity in hotels, offices, apartments, dormitories, hospitals, and other multi-room environments. As part of the TP-Link Omada Software Defined Networking (SDN) platform, it offers centralized cloud management, seamless roaming, and enterprise-grade wireless security in a compact wall-mounted form factor.

Supporting IEEE 802.11ac Wave 2 technology, the EAP225-Wall delivers combined wireless speeds of up to 1,167 Mbps, with 867 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and 300 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band. It features MU-MIMO, Beamforming, Band Steering, and Load Balancing to improve wireless efficiency and provide stable connectivity for multiple users simultaneously.

The access point includes one Fast Ethernet uplink port and three Fast Ethernet downlink ports, with one downlink port supporting PoE Out for powering compatible devices such as IP phones. It is powered via IEEE 802.3af/at PoE, simplifying installation without requiring a separate power adapter. Integration with the Omada ecosystem enables centralized configuration, monitoring, guest authentication through Captive Portal, VLAN support, and remote cloud management, making the EAP225-Wall an ideal networking solution for hospitality and enterprise deployments.
