Return Process
We believe returning a product should be as easy as purchasing it. Returns can be initiated via:- Your ekhalas Account → Order History → Return Request
- Or by contacting our support team via email, phone, or live chat
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process and arrange courier pickup or in-store handling as per your location.
Eligibility for Return
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, most ICT products sold by ekhalas are eligible for return. However, returns may be refused under the following circumstances:
- Products with tampered serial numbers
- Opened or activated software/licenses
- Custom-configured products or special orders
- Items showing signs of heavy use
Conditions for Returning a Product
Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- Must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and original product box must be included
- Damage or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery • Products should be resellable and free from wear or misuse
Note: We recommend returning items in their original packaging. ekhalas may reject returns damaged in transit due to poor repackaging.
Return Options
1. In-Store Return
You may return your item directly to our Customer Care Center. If the product meets return conditions, a refund or exchange will be processed instantly, provided:
- The product is undamaged, clean, and complete
- Original packaging is provided
2. Courier Pickup
Prefer courier return?
- Submit a return request via your ekhalas account
- Final approval and inspection will follow upon receiving the item
- Our team will validate and arrange pickup within 24 hours
Non-Returnable Products
- Software licenses or digital products
- Activated or registered products
- Items missing packaging or with visible signs of use
- Custom-assembled configurations
- Products purchased through approved quotation unless defective
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment via your account. If cancellation is not possible online, contact us immediately.
- If canceled before shipping, refunds are processed within 1 working day
- If canceled after shipping, standard return procedures apply

Who Covers Return Shipping?
- Within KSA (Saudi Arabia): ekhalas covers return shipping, regardless of the reason.
- Outside KSA:
- If the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged — ekhalas covers shipping
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping cost
