Product Description

The VIVOTEK IB9387-LPR-V2-W is a professional 5MP License Plate Recognition (LPR) network camera designed for intelligent vehicle access control, parking management, toll collection, and traffic monitoring applications. Equipped with a 1/2.8″ Progressive CMOS sensor, the camera captures video at up to 2560 × 1920 resolution at 30 fps, delivering sharp, high-quality images for accurate license plate recognition in both daytime and nighttime conditions. Additionally, it features an integrated VaxALPR (Embedded LPR) engine, enabling real-time license plate detection and recognition without the need for external servers.

Furthermore, the camera is equipped with a motorized vari-focal lens (3.2–10.5 mm) with remote zoom and focus, allowing flexible installation and precise field-of-view adjustments. To ensure reliable performance in low-light environments, four integrated 6100K white LEDs provide powerful illumination for capturing clear vehicle and license plate images. Moreover, advanced imaging technologies such as WDR Pro, Smart IR II, 3D Noise Reduction, Defog, and Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) work together to deliver outstanding image quality under challenging lighting and weather conditions.

In addition, the IB9387-LPR-V2-W is purpose-built for intelligent transportation systems and supports the Wiegand protocol for seamless integration with access control systems. It also offers various open APIs for easy third-party integration. To enhance device security, the camera incorporates advanced cybersecurity features, including Secure Boot, Signed Firmware, HTTPS, IEEE 802.1X authentication, and Trend Micro IoT Security, helping safeguard the system against cyber threats.
