The LEVITON 5F100-2QL SDX Precision Molded Fiber Adapter Plate is a high-performance 12-fiber duplex LC adapter plate designed to provide secure, low-loss fiber optic connectivity in enterprise networks, data centers, telecommunications facilities, and structured cabling installations. Optimized for 50/125µm OM3 and OM4 laser-optimized multimode fiber, this adapter plate enables reliable backbone-to-backbone and backbone-to-horizontal fiber connections when installed in compatible Leviton SDX fiber panels and enclosures. Its aqua-colored housing follows industry color standards, allowing quick identification of OM3/OM4 multimode fiber installations.

Leviton manufactures the 5F100-2QL using a precision-molded polymer housing and zirconia ceramic alignment sleeves to deliver exceptional optical performance and long-term reliability.
