The OTS ET1212PpH-S-DR is a rugged Hardened Grade Ethernet Media Converter designed to provide reliable Gigabit network connectivity in harsh industrial and outdoor environments. It converts 10/100/1000Base-TX copper Ethernet to 100/1000Base-FX fiber optic communication with auto-negotiation support, enabling seamless integration between copper and fiber networks. Built for mission-critical applications, this industrial media converter is ideal for transportation systems, industrial automation, IP surveillance, utility networks, smart cities, and remote communication infrastructures where dependable performance is essential.

Equipped with one 10/100/1000Base-TX PoE+ RJ45 port and one 100/1000Base-FX SFP fiber slot, the converter offers flexible deployment using either multimode or singlemode fiber transceivers. The auto-negotiation feature automatically detects the appropriate network speed, ensuring compatibility with various Ethernet devices while simplifying installation and configuration.

The integrated IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ compliant RJ45 port supplies up to 30W of power to connected devices such as IP cameras, wireless access points, VoIP phones, and industrial sensors through a single Ethernet cable.
